FAQ
1. Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship all orders within 3-5 business days. If you have not received
your order after 25 business days please feel free to contact us so that
we can initiate a tracking process for your missing or delayed package.
2. A: What form of payments to you accept?
A: You may use your debit card or credit card that has a Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo on it.
We have a in house merchant account for process Visa, MasterCard
and Discover. We do accept payment using Cash
or Money orders. Please contact by email at: info @ MyHeirloomSeeds.com
3. Q: Do you accept International Orders?
A: We will accept and ship world-wide.
4. Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will gladly accept returns of within 7 days of receipt of
package. No exchange or returns will be accepted after 7 days. Email us
at: sales at MyHeirloomSeeds.com to get details on obtaining a return
clain number (RCN). Please do not ship your package back to us until you
have receive an email confirmation with your RCN and our return address.
Any item returned without a RCN will NOT be exchanged.
All exchanges must contain a copy of your receipt.
5. Q: Taxes and Customs
A: We are not responsible for any additional cost like customs duty and/or
taxes due to your country regulations.
